DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@Glamilea.com Ā with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Tracking Information:

Please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking number to be updated. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped and you will be able to track your order. Or ask our customer support through info@Glamilea.com Ā for more information on your order.

Order cancellation:

We understand that plans can change! You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel or make modifications. After this, your order moves into production, and changes may no longer be possible.
If you need to update your shipping address, change the frame, or adjust any details, please do so within the 30-minute window. You can cancel your order through your order confirmation email or account portal. For assistance, contact our support team at

Customs:

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. We do everything possible to clear for customs and paying for custom fees beforehand. However, it is still possible that some items may be eligible to custom fees. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
